the arts have suffered irreparable damage over the past year, with huge setbacks for artists, venues, promoters and all who work in the cultural scene.

as the situation starts to open to less restrictions, the question is : will we learn from what we lived recently or will we "go back" where we were before this period ? till the next (worst) one ?
